The spongy chamber inside your penis that gets filled with your blood when you are sexually stimulated is the Corpora Cavernosa. It contains two chambers that are filled with a spongy tissue that further contains arteries, veins and muscles. When you are aroused, blood flows into these chambers. The quantity of blood that this chamber holds decides the length and hardness of your penis. So, most penis enlargement exercises aim to increase the size of this chamber.
Just like you warm before dancing or at the gym to avoid injury, it’s important that you warm up your penis as well before starting on with any of your penis exercises.

Jelqing or “Milking” finds its roots in the Middle East and is done to improve the flow of the blood into the Corpora Cavernosa and the elasticity of the penile skin.
This process is to prevent ejaculation by holding your palm over the head of the penis during the milking movement or sex. You are preventing ejaculation by physically stopping it. An effective exercise, it is also used to treat premature ejaculation.
This exercise is done by stretching your penis to its maximum limit without any pain. To do it, your penis should be flaccid. Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds and then release it. Stretch in all the directions when you are doing stretching.
Contract your pelvic muscles (like you do it in Kegel exercise) for maximum benefit.
After doing this exercise, it is essential to relax the penis by shaking it for a few times.
When you are doing these exercises, it is essential to take precautions to prevent damage to Penis.
Precautions to Avoid Any Penis Injury during Exercising
- Always start your exercise routine with warming up.
- Do the exercises gently.
- Use a good lubricant on your hands or the penis before you begin jelqing.
- Do not milk the head of the penis.
Apart from these, it is essential to maintain a good lifestyle. Eat a healthy diet that includes low fat foods, proteins and are rich in nutrients. Do cardiovascular exercises for at least 150 minutes in a week to improve blood circulation.
Doing Cardios prevents diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases that lead to erectile dysfunction.
Another deterrent to penis enlargement is obesity. Practice portion control when you are eating and keep the calorie intake under control. Also, lose weight before you begin with the exercises as excess weight negates any benefits that you may have from the exercises.
